Three ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies recipe

January 19, 2020

Looking for the perfect peanut butter cookie recipe? With this peanut butter cookie recipe, you will have the best tasting, easy to make peanut butter cookies with only three ingredients.

I love peanut butter cookies. I love making them from scratch, but sometimes I don’t want to deal with all the ingredients to make them. Isn’t that the reason so many people buy cookies premade. No one wants to deal with the hassle of making them. With these peanut butter cookies, it is so simple to make that you won’t want to waste money on store-bought cookies, that are not even as tasty.

The other problem with store-bought cookies you don’t always know what are in them. With these three-ingredient cookies, there is no guessing. You know what the cookies are made of.

How Long Does It Take to Make Peanut Butter Cookies

The prep time on these cookies is so short. It only takes about 5 minutes to make the peanut butter cookie batter and the cookies bake in 8 minutes. In under 20 minutes, you can be eating fresh-baked warm peanut butter cookies. If you are looking for another 3 ingredient cookie, you should try my Nutella Cookies.

How to make peanut butter cookies using three ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the three ingredients and use an electric beater to beat the mixture until it turns smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake for around 8 minutes, checking constantly – Make sure you do not over-bake these!

How Long do Peanut Butter Cookies Stay Good?

When you make these cookies, if you store them in a sealed, airtight container, the cookies can stay fresh for two to three weeks. However, I don’t think they will last that long. These cookies tend to be eaten right away. They are too good to resists.

These peanut butter cookies look perfect. Your images are so edible and delightful, making me gain a sweet tooth. I’m going to have to try this for myself

Interesting recipe, I’m lazy so I like simple things. I’m just wondering because most peanut butter already contains a load of sugar, won’t it be too sweet?

Great that these cookies only need 3 ingredients, simple and easy baking is my kind of baking. As I’m diabetic I’d prefer a lower sugar alternative but bet these are good for those who can handle sweet treats.

Okay so I hate PB BUT my boyfriend LOVES the stuff. These look so, so easy to make and I’ll definitely be trying these out on him!

As someone with Coeliac’s disease, I love that these naturally don’t contain flour. They look very moorish and as I think the kids will love them will have to make on my next baking day.
