Snow Day

When Danny arrives at school, the last thing he expects to find is a deserted school and his LEAST favourite teacher.

But that’s exactly what he does find.

And what starts as the worst day imaginable ends as the most magical day of the year…

Snow Day

There is a part of us all that long to enjoy a snow day but turning up at school or work to find that everyone else apart from your worst teacher/pupil has stayed at home can really spoil your day. Snow day follows Mr Trapper and Danny Higgins as they embark on a day at school… just the two of them in the snow.

Snow Day0002

After a morning of lessons in which their usual bickering continued, however come break time Danny when outside to build a snowman. Mr Trapper soon follows him outside and tells him that he is doing it all wrong and continues to show Danny how to build a snowman correctly. Soon they have built an army of snowmen! Join them as the share the most incredible snow day together.

Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…

I have to confess to have a sneaky read of this book before I wrapped it up for our Christmas book advent, and just knew that Roo would love it. Whilst Roo doesn’t have a teacher that she dislikes I do think she would enjoy having the school and a teachers attention to herself.

Reading the book to Roo and Tigger this evening Tigger couldn’t comprehend just how much snow had fallen and loved seeing all the snowmen being built. Roo was excited to see that the story was set around a school and thought it funny that they raided sweets from a craft project for their lunch.

A great story showing that their is a different side to everyone, even the people who might think are mean and the worst teacher ever!
