Disney Art Therapy colouring books

One of my favourite pastimes as a child was colouring, I blame my Grandad as he would always buy me those magic painting books when I went to stay in the summer holidays. In a way, it is a cross over into my stationery obsession as I love nothing more than a good excuse to get my coloured pens out.

There has been a large increase in the number of adults who use art therapy colouring books to unwind, so when Parragon Books sent through the Disney Art Therapy colouring books I have to admit to wanting to keep them for myself, especially as they are Frozen and Princess themed – I don’t think you ever forget the love you once held for Disney Princesses.

Everyone has an inner artist to be released, and this inspiring collection of Disney Frozen and Disney Princess patterns provides the perfect canvas to develop your creative skills. Inside each book, you’ll find over 100 enchanting designs to choose from.

Roo and I have taken the Disney Art Therapy colouring books as a way to spend some quiet time together, using my collection of coloured pens to bring the pages of the colouring books alive. We can happily sit there with some music playing in the background colouring away – what a great way to spend some time together without any drama.

Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…

I love these books, Disney is such a popular brand that I can see lots of children and parents alike loving these art therapy books. They’d make a great gift idea for children’s birthday parties (and I’m sure my best friend would love these too).

Disclosure: We are Parragon Book Buddies and received the Disney Art Therapy colouring books FOC for the purpose of review

These are lovely! I do like these new therapy books that are out at the moment.
I’ve seen a rather fab Harry Potter one too in WHSmiths 🙂
