I’m a huge fan of Stérimar Baby so when I was offered the chance to review another product from Stérimar I jumped at the chance.
Sterimar blocked nose is a completely natural solution created for those suffering from ENT disorders and congestion. All Sterimar varieties of Sterimar are 100% natural, anti-histamine-free, steroid-free, and have no preservatives or additives.
This is a great alternative to medicated nasal sprays which can only be used 2/3 times per day meaning you need to choose the best time to use it. However, Stérimar can be used up to 6 times a day (for a maximum of two weeks, after which you should consult medical advice).
How to use the product
- Prime the nozzle
- Place into one nostril and gently press down the nostril
- Remove and blow your nose
- Repeat in the other nostril
Overall
I found this to be great at clearing out your nose, I would advise to have a hankie ready before spraying as you get a few drips of the solution run out as you remove the nozzle. It did not leave a nasty taste in the back of your throat like some nasal sprays can. I love that it can be used multiple times throughout the day and is suitable for all the family (above 3 years of age).
