When I Dream of Christmas - Top That Publishing

When I Dream of Christmas

A charming Christmas book covering 27 different aspect of Christmas, from Elves, Mince Pies and Christmas Lights.  Each double page spread covers one topic, each with a full page illustration that really helps bring the book alive.

The topics are covered in such a way that they are informative but a little funny at the same time.  Take presents for example;

Presents are fantastic Christmas invention.  It is recommended that you only open presents if they are addressed to you, as opening other people’s presents can make them rather sad.

Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…

Forget Roo and Tigger, I really enjoyed this book – each topic has it’s own funny twist that had me smiling with each page turn.  The large print and illustrations really make this book easy to read and fun for all the family to enjoy together.

Roo and Tigger did of course enjoy listening to me read this to them, hopefully learning a few new things from the different subjects covered within the book.  Roo especially loved the Wise Men page;

Wise men are very, very clever and always give expensive presents.  They love to answer difficult questions, but are not allowed to appear on game shows.
