The summer holidays haven’t exactly gone to plan. With home renovations dominating our thoughts for the first few weeks and the house in chaos as a result. Days out didn’t happen and with bad weather we weren’t able to get outdoors too much either.
With Roo and Tigger heading off to spend two weeks with Granny it has allowed us to finish some things at home. Whilst the children were enjoying some quality time with my Mam and having fun with her and her dog we have missed them terribly.
Today however sees us go and collect them from my Mam’s and marks the start of our family holiday plans which will see us kick back and enjoy each others company and have some fun. With both Mr Boo and I on holiday from our day jobs we have planned to make the most of our time together as a family.
Five days, five adventures
We’ve planned an epic road trip of days out starting tomorrow morning…

- Drayton Manor / Thomas Land
- Legoland Windsor
- Chessington World of Adventures
- Whipsnade Zoo
I’m sure we’ll all be shattered by the end of it but I’m really looking for to it.
