However, it can be hard to get your skin feeling as good after working out. You may notice it is dehydrated, reactive, or even looking dull. Here are some tips to help you care for your skin without compromising on your training regimen.
Clean well after every session
Working out produces sweat, which sits on your skin along with environmental debris from outside or in the gym. This can lead to clogged pores, redness, general discomfort, and congestion.
The quickest way to get rid of these impurities is to wash your face with a gentle cleanser and lukewarm water soon after working out. Removing the grime helps your skin to feel fresher, reduces any post-workout tightness, and prepares it for your skincare routine later.

Support hydration and your skin barrier
Regular strenuous activity increases the amount of water you lose, leaving your skin dehydrated, dry, and rough. Upping your fluid intake will mostly prevent this from happening, but there are products you can use to help, too.
