No-bake dessert recipes are perfect for summer when you’re craving something sweet. Putting together something sweet to satisfy a crazy sweet tooth without turning on an oven to make your home even hotter? That is my idea of perfection.

I love to make homemade desserts, don’t get me wrong. But in the summertime when it’s already 80 degrees outside and I feel like I’m melting? Not happening. So to avoid going to the shop every night and buying shop-bought options… I like to whip some no-bake dessert recipes!

It might sound limiting but you’d be surprised how many options there are! So many that there was no way I was going to fit them all on this post. But not to worry, I included some of my favourites for you to try at home!

Below you fill find cheesecakes, no-bake pies, dessert lasagna, and even some no-bake cookies! All done without a hot oven and are sure to satisfy a late-night sweet tooth.

    I never turn on the oven during the summer so no-bake desserts sound good to me. I’d start with the Oreo Cream Pie.

    I’m all for a no-bake pudding, I tend to just always do a cheesecake as that’s fairly easy, but I’ll have to give some of these a try x
