Ingredients

  • 200g Shredded salt beef

  • 25g Gherkins, cut into thin strips

  • 25g Whole grain mustard

  • 25g Mayonnaise

  • 5g Chopped parsley

  • 50g Mini Cheddars

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl mix the salt beef, gherkins, mustard, mayonnaise, parsley and seasoning
  • Place a Mini Cheddar on a plate, spoon on a layer of the salt beef mixture and top with another Mini Cheddar
