Rocky Road Treats {Recipe}

When I was younger my Mam and my Granny always had a sweet treat or two in the pantry ready for whenever anyone called by to see them.  Whilst they preferred to have Rice Crispie Cake waiting to treat guests I prefer to have some Rocky Road Treats in the cake tin just in case – plus is a lovely after school treat.

So if you are looking for the perfect chocolate treat to share with guests, for the school bake sale or a tea time sweet treat then why not try these easy to make Rocky Road Treats.

  8. Pour the mixture into a square tray bake lined with greaseproof paper, ensure the mixture is spread out evenly into the corners
  9. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ of mini marshmallows and drizzle the remaining chocolate mixture over the top
  10. Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours (or overnight to ensure it has set firm)
  11. Cut the biscuits into 3cm squares
