Living Arrows Week Twenty-Eight {2015}

July 13, 2015

As the school year comes to a close I an’t help thinking back and reflecting on how far Roo has come this year.

She has always been academically minded, her love of books, maths and thirst for knowledge. She still has this thirst and thrill for learning new things however this year has seen her find a love of sport.

With Mr Boo quite sporty and in my youth I enjoyed all different types of sports, we hoped that it would rub off on to Roo and Tigger. Whilst I’d love to say it was our nurturing that has encouraged her to take part in athletics, hockey, dodgeball and football it is in fact down to her having an amazing sports teacher. Her beloved Mrs B has really encouraged her enthusiasm for trying new sports and whilst she might not be the best she really gives it her all.

With a football tournament in recent weeks, a dodgeball competition and last week an inter-schools athletics competition – I would never have predicted at the beginning of the year she would be so sporty.
