Featuring a completely unique blend of gold and yellow undertones ranging from very fair to deep tan, EX1’s products are designed to seamlessly micro match the skin or for those who just want to make their skin glow like a superstar.

Being a teenager has changed somewhat since I was that young, with them having access to a whole new technology age as well as a wide range of brands. When it comes to make-up my collection came from whatever came free on the front of Shout magazine. However, for Roo she is far more aware of make0up brands and which ones her favourite celebrities are wearing. With the vision to recreate a similar look for herself.

As you can imagine celebrities have a larger budget available to them for what’s included within their make-up bags than the average teenagers pocket money. This is where EX1 Cosmetics comes into there own, with an amazing make-up collection that is loved by celebrities, however, prices start at just £9.50!

EX1 Cosmetics

Known for its ground-breaking foundations for olive skin tones, EX1 Cosmetics has taken the beauty world by storm and is the go-to brand for Hollywood’s hottest A-listers, supermodels and pop stars alike. Created by makeup lover and biochemist Farah Naz after struggling to find a foundation that wasn’t too orange or too pink for her olive skin tone, EX1 Cosmetics features a completely unique blend of yellow/golden pigments that are designed to seamlessly micro match olive skins or for those who just want a natural olive glow.

A teen’s thought on the EX1 Cosmetics range

I really love the look of this collection, the rose gold coloured bottle tops and lids really make it look more expensive than it is. Something that really looks good when you pull it out at your friend’s house, at a performing arts performance or just sitting on your dressing table. The three products that I’ve tried have all given me great coverage as well as being easy to apply and get the look/tone that I am looking for. I’m excited to try out the other items available in the collection next time I head into the city with my friends.

I know how hard it can be to find some types of cosmetic products in just the right shades. It’s great you found this, it sounds like it’s perfect for folks with olive skin.

Ooooh, I haven’t heard of these, but they sound fantastic. I’ve been looking for a new make up brand to try. Thank you for the recommendation.
