My Hubby would be using the knives – he has banned me from using sharp knives as I’m so accident prone! I managed to cut my palm on Mothering Sunday cutting strawberries, so he probably has the best idea! He likes big knives as he says they have better control so would probably use the large santoku knife first.

  • Caroline H April 2, 2014 at 4:04 pm

I’d use the large santoku knife first. I’d love a knife that made short work of a butternut squash!
