My Hubby would be using the knives – he has banned me from using sharp knives as I’m so accident prone! I managed to cut my palm on Mothering Sunday cutting strawberries, so he probably has the best idea! He likes big knives as he says they have better control so would probably use the large santoku knife first.

I’m pretty useless with knives, being left handed – the blade is usually sharpened on the wrong side for me. But I’d quite like to have a go with the small santoku knife because it looks really well balanced and hopefully I might be able to chop and dice vegetables without ripping them to bits!

I’d love to try out the carving knife, I hate hacking away at our sunday roast with our knifes, I’ve wanted a decent set for ages but other things always take priority in our house
