Thinking back to my own childhood I can still recall playing with the water table in my reception classroom. We’d all wait patiently for our turn in the messy area to splash about, pour cups of water through the wheels etc. Piglet too enjoys this activity, usually refrained to the bathroom, with her baths taking at least an hour to complete. Even then we have to coax her out of there. With the addition of the Little Tikes Sandy Lagoon Waterpark to the garden, she has been making the most of the spring weather.
Kids absolutely love to spend time with their parents. Whether you create an obstacle course in the garden up and over the slide and around the sandpit, or a simple game of hide and seek, playing together is fantastic for bonding and ensures lots of healthy activity.
I’m really quite pleased that it is Friday. I’m having a bad day. No particular reason, just lots of little things which are leading me to believe that today is not my day. There are days like that every now and again that just don’t seem to go right from the moment you woke up. At least I have the weekend to look forward to and then just one more week of school runs to contend with.

From an early age, I could see that Piglet wanted to be on the move. She rolled over and crawled sooner than Roo or Tigger. Although she didn’t manage to perfect walking unaided until she was 13 months old. Wanting something to help her gain her balance and confidence whilst having fun – the Little Tikes Light ‘n Go 3-in-1 Activity Walker ticked all the boxes.
