Put the lid on properly

As a parent, I do sometimes think that I need to have one of those keychains with the buttons on.  So that I could press the relevant button when I have to repeat the same thing over and over again.  The key phrases like, have you been to the toilet? have you washed your hands? put your coat on… the list goes on.

One of the things that I feel as though I have said more often than not during our two weeks away has been… put the lid on properly!  I’m not sure if it is just my children or children in general but they never manage to put the lid on properly after having a drink of squash.  At home, it’s not necessarily a problem as the drinks sit on the dining table all day.  Whilst we are on holiday, it’s a different matter.

Drink bottles are thrown in the changing bag, under the pushchair and within the side pockets of the car.  Cue everything getting covered in squash, Piglet’s nappies wet before she has even had them on her bottom.  Thankfully Ribena understands my problem and has launched Ribena Minis: Less spill cap.

Ribena Minis: Less spill cap

A Ribena Minis bottle has a unique less spill cap which even when open means children can throw themselves into having fun and mums and dads don’t need to worry so much about the mess.

Available in three delicious flavours; Brilliant Blackcurrant, Oh So Yum Orange and Amazing Apple & Mango.  They will hopefully keep both children hydrated and parents happy that there are no more spillages.

Ribena Minis: Less spill cap

The Ribena Minis: Less Spill Cap is a little more difficult to open initially but once open, children are able to enjoy the delicious Ribena goodness.  With no more threats of spillages, I’m once again happy to place drinks bottles within my changing bag.  I can shelf my idea for a mum’s moan button for another day… now if only they did Mr. Boo sized bottles I’d be completely satisfied.

I much prefer juice in bottles like this as my three are forever spilling juice from cups. Also you can easily pop in the fridge for later in the day if they don’t drink it all x

I must remember to buy these instead of god damn fruit shoots next time I go shopping.
