We had the opportunity to play carnival on the switch, it for us that was great. We had played it on the Wii and had it on DS so we are big fans of the crazy game.
Carnival Ganes is essentially a selection mini-games, all based around a fairly quick amount of time in relatively simple surroundings. With this being said it means that the multiplayer side of it can be competitive as we all got to grips really quickly. You can play this as a single player as the computer will insert players using the AI, the character choice allows you to play and unlock a bunch of different looking ones.
But for us the multiplayer is the best part of it, being the Switch it’s really easy as the two joy-cons that you get with the console allows 2 players, then if you had a second set, like other popular switch games, you can have 4 players really easily.
You can earn tickets that allow you to unlock the rest of the 20 games, which is very easy to do so you should feel disheartened, the unlocking stuff allows a little more longevity to the game. You can also unlock different characters as well as different background music for games too.
The games range from user-friendly versions of bowling, baseball, hoops, to shooting ghosts on a ride, balloon bursting, and collecting points in various games.
Carnival Games // Final thoughts…
In all its a great Multiplayer game, great to play on your own but even better at parties or family time, the games as easy but still addictive and to beat someone else you have to use some skill. I would easily recommend it to people who want Multiplayer games at a competitive price.
