Jacob’s Cream Cracker ‘smores recipe

Whenever you think of Jacob’s Cream Crackers you probably, like me, instantly think of what type of cheese you can enjoy them. Not that there is anything wrong with that, I have spent many a happy evening munching cheese and crackers but how about thinking outside the box.

Jacob’s Cream Cracker ‘smores
Serves 12
A modern twist on traditional 'smores using Jacob's Cream Crackers - perfect for parties, bonfire night and munching on family film nights

  1. 24 Jacob’s Cream Crackers
  2. 120g Nutella
  3. 12 large marshmallows
  4. 100g 70% choc
  5. 30g toasted crushed hazelnuts
  1. Melt your chocolate in a microwave or using a bain-marie
  2. Put your marshmallows in a microwave on full power for around 30 seconds until they begin to melt – if 30 seconds is not long enough continue in 10 second bursts until you get the desired outcome
  3. Spread your toasted marshmallow on to a Jacob’s Cream Cracker and top with a thick layer of Nutella
  4. Sandwich another Cracker on top and dip the top side in a coating of melted chocolate
  5. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts and cool before eating

    I don’t think I’ve ever heard of Jacob’s Cream Crackers but I have heard of s’more & whenever they are served up, sign me up! 🙂 These look yummy & I think I gained 3 lbs just looking at them lol
