Halloween Treats from Poundland

October 25, 2012
Now that the nights are drawing in, it can only mean the witches, ghouls and ghosts are getting ready to party!

Recently Poundland announced that they were looking for ambassadors and I’m happy to announce that Boo Roo and Tigger Too along with 9 other families were selected. I like to think that I can get value for money so hopefully I will do both Poundland and myself proud.

Our first challenge was to decorate a room ready for a Halloween party or get into the party spirit by dressing up. With Roo and Tigger’s birthdays so close to Halloween I knew that we won’t be able to squeeze in another party but liked the idea of dressing up.

So one afternoon after school, Roo, Tigger and myself headed off to our nearest Poundland in Great Yarmouth. The store itself is large but with items placed by catergory it is easy to locate the products that you need.

I have to say we were there quite a while as we were unable to decide on which items we liked best. With a large selection of goodies it is very hard to narrow it down to what not to buy.

Firstly we decided to get Roo all kitted out for Halloween as she has a Halloween disco to attend at the end of term. Take a look at our haul…

With Tigger not that interested in dressing up I thought we’d pick up some goodies for any Trick or Treat kiddies that may knock on our door…

How do you celebrate Halloween?
Do you have a party?
Dress up?
Treat the Trick or Treaters?
Or hide in the dark so everyone thinks nobody is home?
