This is a review partnership with Jokers Masquerade
This is the 22nd year thereβs been a World Book Day, and on 7th March 2019, children of all ages will come together to appreciate reading. The aim of World Book Day in the UK and Ireland is to encourage children to explore the pleasures of books and reading by providing them with the opportunity to have a book of their own.

Where’s Wally?
Where’s Wally? is a British series of children’s puzzle books created by English illustrator Martin Handford. The books consist of a series of detailed double-page spread illustrations depicting dozens or more people doing a variety of amusing things at a given location. Readers are challenged to find a character named Wally hidden in the group.
Tigger had the Where’s Wally? books on his ‘something to read’ Christmas wish list. And whilst I realise that there isn’t paragraph after paragraph to read within the books. They do feature a large dose of problem solving which can be just as important in life. So we were happy to ensure that these found their way underneath the Christmas tree.

Where’s Wally World Book Day Costume
When it came to thinking about World Book Day costumes this year, Where’s Wally? seemed like the obvious choice for Tigger. Not only a nod to his book of choice, but he does have a slight resemblance to Wally (in an endearing way).
The four-piece kids Where’s Wally World Book Day costume comes with Wally’s trademark red and white striped top, matching hat and blue trousers as well as a pair of black round-framed glasses. As Tigger already wears glasses these weren’t required but great to see that they were included within the costume pack.
Tigger is eight years old with a slight frame, so the medium size costume that I ordered is a little roomy on him. However, given that World Book Day is in March I can layer him up with something underneath to ensure that he is warm whilst wearing it at school.
The kids Where’s Wally World Book Day costume is available to buy from Jokers’ Masquerade.
