Sudocrem – Soothe, heal and protect

When it comes to protecting babies delicate skin again nappy rash, most parents will reach for a tub of Sudocrem.  Developed back in 1931 in Dublin the medicated cream has been treating babies bottoms ever since.  However, Sudocream isn’t just something used to be for treating nappy rash, it can be used in a wide variety of ways to soothe, heal and protect the skin of the whole family.

I love Sudocrem, but found with my youngest just wasn’t doing much for her really sensitive skin, so we tried Weleda Baby Calendula cream, and its been an absolute God-Send! Its a bit dearer than other creams, but my poor baby’s red raw nappy rash went within a few hours, and what a difference it made to her sleeping! Love the stuff, and my teenagers also use it for the odd sore spot or scrape and its so gentle and wroks wonders!
