I seem to go through phases in my life where I am either unable to sleep or wanting to sleep at every given moment. Whilst either of the phases are royal pain in the bum at least the latter one can be solved with getting on with day to day activities, a brisk walk and keeping hydrated with glasses of water (plus frequent bathroom visits will certainly keep me awake).
Insomnia however is a completely different kettle of fish so any tips on getting a good night sleep is most welcomed, especially natural remedies.
