At the weekend we finally got round to taking a visit to see the big man himself (Santa) so that we could tell him what we all wanted for Christmas. Tigger was very cute by wishing Santa Merry Christmas and Roo was very vocal about not only what she would like for Christmas but what the rest of us should also receive.
Starting with Tigger she explained that he would like some new trains, Thomas Take n Play trains of course! I’m sure Tigger would be happy to see some new trains underneath the tree come Christmas morning.
Roo’s list was quite extensive which included a secret journal so that Mummy couldn’t read her secrets alongside LEGO Friends and a selection of One Direction goodies.
For me, she opted to request for some new slippers (always appreciated) and a new handbag (I’ve taught her well), however Mr Boo objected to the new handbag declaring that I have enough already… what does he know!
Mr Boo, I feel was given the rough end of the deal with only socks and maybe some perfume (I did correct her to say aftershave). I have to admit to finding it difficult to know what to buy him but I’m sure I can do better than just socks! Now of course I’m sure that he would love the new PS4, however
my budget Santa’s budget doesn’t stretch quite that far so I’ve been thinking about what else I can buy him.
So after coming home and searching the internet for giftd for him I have gone for a mixture of practical and fun. He is an avid Marvel fan so I thought the Marvel Monopoly game would be right up his alley as well as attempting to help myself and Roo understand more about the Marvel characters. Alongside some new jumpers from Burton Menswear I have found two new belts to add to his growing collection (and he has the cheek to moan about my handbags!).
Hopefully I have made his little list to Santa better than socks! (although if the sock fairy keeps coming to visit he will need some new socks too).
