AliExpress Celebrates a Special Anniversary with the Biggest Sale in its History

Leading e-commerce platform, AliExpress is celebrating a special anniversary year in monumental style with its biggest sale to date. With savings available of up to 90% off in some product categories, millions of products are up for grabs at reduced costs. All over the world, customers in more than 200 countries will take part in the anniversary sale between March 28th – 30th.

  • Deals every 2 hours of up to 90% off on clothing, toys, baby and kids, fashion accessories, and shoes and bags
  • Deals every 2 hours up to 80% off on beauty and hair
  • Deals every 4 hours of up to 60% off on sports and outdoor

AliExpress has an extensive variety of products available including but not limited to clothing, beauty, sports, and home. There will be discounts from 50% off across all categories with deals of up to 90% off on clothing, toys, fashion accessories and shoes every two hours whereby customers can purchase top quality goods at all-time low prices.

The sale features several deals including membership rewards worth £150 million, group buy where customers can invite friends to purchase in return for discounts and category deals launched at varying hour intervals.

In a shopping experience like no other, AliExpress aim to make the experience fun and different so that shoppers can discover new brands and products. Throughout the sales period, AliExpress will deliver live games and offers so that members make the most of the anniversary celebration:  

  • Pay and Win – During the sales period, customers who spend over USD $100 will be eligible to participate in the ‘Flip & Win’ game for their chance to win a luxury holiday for two to Hainan, China. The winner will receive three days at the Westin Blue Bay Resort and Spa, complete with a Grand Oceanview Suite, complimentary breakfasts, and round-trip airfare. Participants may also join the contest to win no-minimum-purchase coupons from famous brands. Coupons value range from USD $20 to $500
  • Membership Rewards – Customers can earn membership awards where the higher customer’s membership level, the higher the value of coupons they could receive. Over 100 million AliExpress worldwide members, are expected to receive exclusive rewards with their purchases, with coupons, great discounts and offers valued at $200 million (USD) throughout the sales period.
  • Group Buy –  When a customer purchases an item in the ‘Group Buy’ landing page, they will have 24 hours to invite another person to buy with. If they buy together with at least one other person, each buyer will receive a discount on the item.  
  • AliExpress Live – Starting March 27th, UK presenter Hannah Jackson will review products on the website and provide giveaways for shoppers tuning into the live streaming channel, AliExpress LIVE.
