In Lanzarote, take the kids to Timanfaya National Park to tour the centuries-old volcanoes and black sand beaches. Gran Isla has numerous water activities and sand dunes for the more adventurous. Fuerteventura and Tenerife are a little more quiet and relaxed. The largest island, Tenerife, has a zoo and other attractions more suited for kids.
