An Elf for Christmas Magical Reward Kit

November 26, 2016

I have to hold my hands up and say that I’ve always found the Elf on the shelf thing a little creepy. Partly due to the funky looking elf and partly the idea that he just sitting there watching you all the time. Back in September, I attended the Blog On MSI Winter conference with Mandi from Hexmum Plus One. An Elf for Christmas was one of the brands in attendance and initially I was a little unsure as to whether it was something for me, given that it’s never something I’ve considered doing with the children. Something about the cute looking elves drew me over and I’m pleased that I did.

An Elf for Christmas

Chatting to Sarah, the mum of two behind the An Elf for Christmas brand who started the company in 2015 after looking for a Christmas tradition to complete with her own children.  I could see the magical idea of the An Elf for Christmas rather than just then mischievous elf that I’d seen in the past.

Putting pen to paper she turned her magical Christmas Elf ideas into a product for her young children. From a kitchen table and an online store, Elf for Christmas was born. A sell-out in its first year, Elf was noticed by leading toy retailers, including Selfridges, who stock Elf for Christmas this winter.

Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…

This will be the first year that we have introduced at An Elf for Christmas. Looking through the magical reward kit it looks like something that will add to the excitement that continues throughout the month leading up until Christmas Day. I do love the mini report cards that celebrate the children’s achievements as well as the ones that offer words of encouragement.

With a selection of items included within the magical reward kit, I have already come up with a couple of ideas to get us started come December 1st.

I hope you’ll follow our adventures on Instagram using the #AnElfForChristmas hashtag.

Disclosure: We received An Elf for Christmas Magical Reward Kit FOC for the purpose of review
