With Halloween fast approaching for another year, I thought it would be fun to showcase the A-Z of Halloween. Whilst most of us associate pumpkins, witches and black cats to the celebration, there is so much more to it…

A is for Alternative ideas to trick or treating 

B is for Biscuits – any excuse!!

C is for Carving & what to do with pumpkin innards!

D is for Darkness

E is for eerie – from decorations to foggy nights

F is for fancy dress – you’re never too young or old to get into the spirit of things. I love doing elaborate face paint. 

G is for Ghost window clings you can make yourself 

H is for Halloween punch – use loads of different fruit juices for the little ones and decorate plastic cocktail glasses with Halloween stickers and umbrellas

I is for I’m Coming To Get You

J is for Jack-O-Lanterns

K is for Knives used for pumpkin carving

L is for Leaf Ghosts

N is for Narnia – recreate some fun costumes and accessories

O is for Ooooooooo

P is for Pompom spiders

Q is for Queens – from the red queen, prom queens and the queen of vampires

R is for Rock Stones

S is for Sensory

T is for Trick Or Treat – Get the kids out having fun in their favourite costumes with friends 

U is for Unusual treats collected

V is for Vampires that will suck your blood!

W is for Witches Potion

X is for X-Ray vision after seeing lots of skeletons

Y is for yucky stuff! Yucky gooey stuff so perfect for Halloween giggles

Z is for Zombie! An easy fancy dress idea for trick or treating. Rip up some clothes and paint your face!
