If there is one thing both my children are happy to eat it is toast, in fact when Roo was little we knew if she was ill if she even refused to eat toast! Whilst toast maybe a staple food source in the Boo Roo and Tigger Too household it is not eaten the same way by any of us… Roo opting for jam, Tigger opting for butter, Mr Boo opting for beans whilst personally I love a slice smothered in Nutella.

So what can I tell you about the Klarstein 4-slice Stainless Steel Toaster? First thing you will note when unpacking the toaster is that is comes with a EU two-pin plug, however HiFi-Tower kindly supply you with an EU to UK power adaptor free of charge. The toaster itself is quite large at 32.5 x 19 x 28cm (W x H x D), which you would expect from a 4-slice toaster so make sure you have enough space on your worktop to accommodate.

Our first Klarstein 4-slice Stainless Steel Toaster actually broke on its first use and managed to trip the fusebox, cue a frantic phonecall to Mr Boo as to how I rectified the situation. HiFi Tower customer services were fabulous and ordered us a replacement toaster arriving just as quickly as the first.

Using the toaster is pretty straightforward simply pop in your bread, crumpet, or bagel/burger bun (please note that if making bagels only one slice will toast so make sure the side you require toasting is facing towards the inner coils) into the toaster, then pull down the lever, select your chosen program (bagel/defrost/reheat) and wait for it to pop.

Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…

A toaster is a must have addition to any family kitchen, the 4-slice capacity allows you to save time when on the breakfast run. The darkness setting varies from 1-6 allowing you to choose the right setting for everyone, with you being able to two different settings (two slices each) whilst the toaster is in use.

With a RRP of £69.90 it maybe a little pricey for some but it is currently on offer at the HiFi-Tower at just £53.90. HiFi-Tower offers fantastic gadgets and cheap home appliances.
