The John Lewis Poppy Cat day will see Poppy Cat herself join in on the fun with an action-packed story reading from the new Poppy Cat books called “All Aboard” and “Blast Off”. There will be a colouring-in corner for children and visitors can go into a draw to win the new Large Soft Talking Poppy Cat toy and a copy of the new books. Plus, Poppy Cat stickers will be given to each child enjoying the fun.
Poppy Cat will also be appearing at The Entertainer on Saturday 20th October in Manchester and Bury, and Saturday 27th October at Westfield Stratford and Bluewater. Visitors can take part in an in-store treasure hunt to find characters and enter into a competition to win a copy of Poppy Cat’s new DVD, ‘Birthday Treasure and Other Adventures’, plus a family of four weekend at the safari-themed Chessington World of Adventures Resort Hotel complete with Zoo Days tickets.
Poppy Cat is based on the award-winning book series created by Lara Jones that has sold more than 2.5 million copies.
