Miles Kelly | #GiveTheGiftOf reading at Christmas

November 28, 2015

When it comes to buying Christmas presents for my friends children they tend to know what is inside before they rip open the wrapping paper as I am well-known for buying new pyjamas and a book for them – there is nothing like a new pair of PJ’s and a book to enjoy.

This Christmas Miles Kelly also believes that there is nothing like a new book to enjoy and are encouraging people to #GiveTheGiftOf reading at Christmas. With a great range of exclusive gift sets available for just £20 you could be saving up to 60% off the RRP which I think you’ll agree is an amazing deal.

Miles Kelly | #GiveTheGiftOf

Roo and Tigger were offered the opportunity to receive a #GiveTheGiftOf parcel each from Miles Kelly take a look at what they received…

As they sat there and opened up the book parcels I was proud to see their faces light up as they discovered each new book hidden inside. The immediately wanted to take a peek inside each book to see what treasures laid upon the pages.

Mini Books Gift Set

  • Mini Discovery Discover the Mega World takes a new approach to non-fiction for kids, with extreme photos and jaw-dropping facts to amaze and entertain, whilst sneakily educating!
  • Mini Encyclopedia Animals is a concise reference book, presenting key facts alongside beautiful photos and artwork.
  • Mini Classic The Wind in the Willows is a wonderful edition of the timeless story of Ratty, Mole, Toad and Badger and their adventures on the riverbank.

Roo is the knowledge queen, she has always loved learning different facts on an array of different subjects so I can see the Discovery and Encyclopaedia books being referred to time and time again. Whilst the Classic Wind in the Willows will be devoured at bedtime as it is one I know that she hasn’t read (not quite sure how she has missed this classic)

Space Gift Set

  • Children’s Encyclopedia Space features 500 awesome facts and images about stars, galaxies and space travel.
  • Project Space is a fantastic resource to help kids engage with key facts, using hands-on activities, simple text and fun cartoons.
  • Space Handbook is a definitive identification guide to more than 25 objects that kids can spot in the night sky, including the Moon, Orion and the Milky Way.

Tigger received the wonderful Space Gift Set, which is aimed at slightly older children however he has been learning all about space at school recently and has developed a real love of it. I can see these three books being pulled out and read over and over again as he goes throughout school and learns more about life in outer space.

Do you #GiveTheGiftOf reading at Christmas?

Disclosure: We received a #GiveTheGiftOf parcel for both Roo and Tigger FOC for the purpose of sharing this campaign (plus we love Miles Kelly books)
