Dressing your home for Christmas is usually retrained to the living areas of the home. The ones that friends and family will see and admire. We start by adding a wreath to the front door to welcome them into our home. The big Christmas tree in the living room that is scattered with decorations, all loving re-positioned by mum once the children have gone to bed. Followed by the bunting, fairy lights, and tinsel that adorn the photo frames and pictures on the walls.

But why do we only decorate the areas that others are likely to see?

Shouldn’t we take the time to make the whole house festive?

Let’s start with the easiest and quickest way of injecting a little Christmas spirit into a bedroom – Christmas Bedding. By adding a Christmas themed duvet cover, pillowcase and even a throw to a bed you can give a bedroom an instant Christmas makeover. Fairy Lights

Whenever you are decorating a room it is the decorative touches that finish of the space. Decorating a room for Christmas is no exception to this rule. With sprigs of holly, pine cones and Fir branches all be useful accessories. These can be decorated with ribbons, fairy lights, and baubles – or simply left as they are and grouped together in a bowl or vase. Think about adding some seasonal candles into the mix (although as always, never leave a lit flame unattended and ensure is fully extinguished before going to bed).
