What you need:
- 10 x 17cm piece of felt in yellow, vanilla yellow and white
- 7cm piece of yellow ribbon
- 2x small orange buttons
- Black felt tip pen
- Fabric glue or a needle and thread
- Scissors
Instructions:
1. Print off the template above and cut out the pieces (or trace them so that you can use the printout again)
2. Using your special templates, cut out of the felt:
- 2x Gracie’s body (front and back)in yellow felt
- 5 spots in vanilla yellow felt
- Her nose in white felt
3. Stick or sew Gracie’s nose to the middle of the front body shape
4. Glue or sew both buttons on to her nose
5. Glue two giraffe dots above her nose, and three below it
6. Draw on two little eyes using the black felt tip pen
7. Cut the yellow ribbon in half and fold in half again and glue each ribbon end to the inside of her front and back – these are his arms
8. Glue around the side and top edges along the inside of Gracie’s body (the bit you can’t see, it lets you hide all the messy bits) leaving the bottom edge free, and stick the front to the back
