The Billionaire’s Obsession series is a set of four books, each of which has a very different plot at the heart of the story. Although this is a series, each book is standalone. Each also has a happily ever after. The main couples strive to be true to himself or herself. In doing that, they find the love that they needed, whether they knew they needed it or not.

After being turned down for a summer school opportunity in Paris as she has no work experience, Emily needs to find a last-minute summer internship placement so that she will be able to meet the requirements next year. With limited companies available she finds herself interviewing at Blue Streak – where the CEO is known for being a beast. The night before her orientation she is carjacked whilst heading home. A knight on a motorbike comes to her rescue and takes her home.

Luke is a workaholic, throwing everything he has into his firm. Expecting long hours and the best from his employees. Needing to let off some steam he heads to his old neighbourhood to catch up with friends. Rescuing a damsel in distress on the way home, although he didn’t expect to see her again. Especially not as an intern at his company a few weeks later. Learning more about her, he is determined to see her more often and asks her to be the in-house photographer. Capturing photos of him not scowling is nothing short of a miracle.

Dating employees, especially interns is a big no-no, however, the chemistry ignites between them despite the age difference. But there is no way that this can work, right? When Luke’s world comes crashing down Emily is there for him but he pushes her away.
