Personalised items are always so much better than an off the rack item and the custom dinosaur romper from Sgt. Smith is a fabulous example.
Whether you are buying as a baby shower gift (if parents-to-be have already chosen a name), a welcome to the world outfit or just because it’s so cute gift you have to admit that the dino romper is a perfect choice.
Piglet was kindly sent a sample of the custom dinosaur romper which is simply adorable. The long-sleeved, footless, striped onesie with envelope opening neck and popper fasten between the legs. It is available in three sizes 0-3m, 3-6m and 6-12m and can be personalised with the child’s name followed by ‘saurus’ or ‘osaurus’ depending on your preference. Alongside this, you can add the year of birth so that it reads ‘discovered in 2015’ etc.
Piglet has the 6-12m romper and whilst it is a little big in the arms and legs it still looks just as sweet with the sleeves and l folded over.
The over the head style fitting is easy to get on, even with a wriggling baby. The poppers fasten around the legs and bottom and can be a little fiddly when little legs are kicking away as they there is no foot covering to keep the poppers in line.

I adore this romper it looks so cute, it’s too lovely to wear just for bed so Piglet has been wearing this whilst we have been out and about. I’ve had so many comments about how cute it looks and enquiries as to where they can purchase one.
Like all new children’s clothing, you do need to give the romper a wash before little one wears it, I was too keen to get her in it and found that when she dribbled the colour bled through to her vest, however, after the first wash it didn’t bled through.
I’ve got three work colleagues who are expecting this year – so guess what they are getting as their welcome to the world baby gifts?
