What do you think will be the next nutritional advance?
Personally I think the next big 'push' should be Vitamin B12 as this aids in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous systems. Not sure how this would be introduced into food products, however as it is a water-soluble vitamin I imagine it wouldn't be that difficult.
