Starting weight: 12st 2lb (31/10/11)
Weight: 11st 4lb (maintained)
I think I have reached my hump, I'm maintaining but not losing. I have spoken to a few people about this over the last week and have received different advice.
1. I haven't managed to eat my fruit as snacks over the last few weeks and one lady believes this could be my downfall. My body has gone into starvation mode as I am not eating enough calories to maintain my day to day wellbeing - I'm don't think my body is in starvation mode but maybe I am not eating regularly enough for my metabalism.
2. You need to shock your body back into weight loss by treating yourself to some chocolate and snacks this week then cut them out again next week - Really, not sure this would work
3. Maybe you have just reached the weight you are supposed to be - Er... No!
Personally the shakes work for me, I know I should make sure that I am eating my fruit portions as well but some days I either don't feel hungry enough to eat it or I forget as I'm busy doing something else.
