Weight: 11st 10lb (a loss of 2lb)
As some of you will know it has been a difficult week for me this week, my mum has moved away today so for the last week I have been busy going to the charity shop, skips etc. As a thank you she treated us to dinner at Pizza Hut, which was yummy but I felt awful afterwards. I don't think my body can handle a) eating so much and b) eating fatty foods. My stomach felt bloated and sore for hours afterwards.
Despite another bad week food wise I have managed to lose again (I could not believe the scales when I hopped on).
This week there is less going on and hopefully (fingers crossed) I can have a full week of the plan without the naughty interuptions (tut tut).
I've started to think about what special treat I can aim for when I lose all my weight? Shopping trip? Spa day (never been to a spa)? Any ideas or recommedations?
