REVIEW: Slimavite Bite Plan

Slimavite
About a month or so ago I came across a twitter post from Slimavite offering the opportunity to mummy bloggers to try out their new Bite Plan.  As many of you know I have been taking part in the #MUMenTUM blog hop and thought that this would be a great way to help me lose my mummy tummy.

I'm aiming to lose 3st so after entering my details onto my personalised plan on the website and hopefully all going well I should hit my target in March 2012 (That feels so far away but I need to stick with this).

Well my shakes arrived today...

I haven't tried any of the three flavours (chocolate, strawberry or vanilla) as yet so will have to let you know which I prefer.

I'm loving that there is a whisk ball that you place inside the shaker to help mix the shakes

So how does it work?
You start every day with a Bite allowance (six for women and eight for men)
Each Bite represents a certain amount of food or drink; helping you easily keep track of your daily intake
A delicious Slimavite shake counts as one Bite, and if you overindulge once in a while (called a Sinbite), you can earn Exercise Bites to compensate
In a normal day you might:
• Enjoy a Slimavite shake for breakfast (one Bite) plus another one for lunch (one Bite) = two Bites
• Snack on three small pieces of fruit during the day, plus have salad or veg with your main meal = one Bite
• Enjoy a decent evening meal (excluding salad and veg) = three Bites for a woman and five for a man
Sounds simple enough and I love that I can snack on fruit throughout the day

Wish me luck and follow my journey alongside my MUMenTUM posts every week
