I've lost another 1lb (12st 3lb) this week so its coming off slowly
I'm still waiting for my new diet shake plan to start (that reminds me I need to email them)
Managed to do a lot more activities this week my exhaustion seems to have subsided (either that or my body has just gotten used to me feeling so tired)
Sorry no goals this week, just waiting on my new plan to arrive
